Policy and Guarantee 

COVID-19 Safety Policy

We provide one-on-one private services where you are the only client at your appointment. All our tools and surfaces are thoroughly disinfected between clients.  Staff and clients are required to be double-vaccinated and wear masks throughout the appointment. If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone unwell, please do not attend our salon. 

No “Guests” Are  Permitted to Attend

Unfortunately, under new QLD legislation due to COVID-19, beauty salons are no longer allowed to have guests of clients attend the appointment with them and wait on-premises for them. This includes children, as we do not have child minding facilities with the fact that during your appointment you’re not able to look after your children to ensure their safety.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, this can be done online, or by SMS, phone call or email. Any late cancellation, rescheduling or no show will result in a fee of 50% of the booking's total cost. 

Late Arrivals Policy

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience the client booked directly after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late,  your appointment will be rescheduled automatically with a fee of 50% of the booking’s total cost.


To book our services, we encourage you to book a patch test before your first appointment. A patch test must be booked at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. With lash extension patch test, we will carry out a complimentary removal if allergy reaction occurs. Please contact us immediately if you become aware of allergic reaction so we can assist you as quickly as possible.



 Please do NOT wear mascara for any eyelash services. $15 surcharge may apply.

Eyelash Extensions Refill Policy

For us to apply a set refill, the appointment must be within 3 weeks of your last appointment AND have at least 50% of your extensions remaining to qualify. We do not refill on other salons work as quality cannot be guaranteed by us.  If you have existing lash extensions applied from another salon prior to your appointment with us, you must book in for a removal and new set.


Lash Extensions Guarantee

Our lash extensions and first refill have a 7 day guarantee. If you experience any loss of an excessive amount of lash extensions within 7 days, we encourage you to contact us immediately.
We would only repair if

- correct aftercare instructions have been followed by the client.

- send through a clear photo of the lost extensions.

- the client has not had a lash lift or eyeliner tattoo in the past 6 weeks, as the chemical residue from the procedure will react with eyelash extension glue we use.
- a repair appointment is booked within 7 days of original appointment.
